cancellation & refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation or no-show with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. If you are using one session from a previous purchased package, you will be docked one session less.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be made for appointments that are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or more. There are no refunds for completed sessions. If you purchased a package and decide you no longer want to continue with me & it is within 6 months of purchase, you will be refunded for the unused sessions at the rate of the discounted package value per session. There is no refund for packages after 6 months of purchase.
