A Heart-Wall is exactly as it sounds… it is an energetic barrier surrounding your heart center that was formed as a means of protection. It was created by the subconscious mind in order to protect the heart from grievous injury in the midst of a traumatic event.

It is a beautiful and wonderful thing, however, it remains long past its need or benefit. When you experience an emotionally charged event that really hurt you (such as divorce or loss of a loved one), your subconscious needed to protect you from it and so it created a Heart-Wall.

While initially being a positive thing, as it remains and continues to develop more layers with from more emotionally charged or traumatic events it begins to distance you further and further from your desires and connections.

“It blocks you from a happy, healthy, & fulfilling life.”

How do you know if you have a Heart-Wall? Do you experience:

  • Feelings of sadness or loneliness

  • Difficulty connecting with others

  • Difficulty maintaining a relationship or friendship

  • Feeling lost or isolated

  • Walking through life aimlessly or without purpose

  • Difficulty feeling joy

  • Creativity issues

  • Giving or receiving love

  • Trust issues

  • Feeling of heaviness or discomfort in your chest, neck & upper back, or shoulders

93% of people have a literal wall around their heart.
